The XIAO 7.5" ePaper Panel is a finished desk display: a 7.5" 800×480 black/white panel in a white case with a stand, driven by a XIAO ESP32-C3, with a 2000 mAh battery that Seeed rates at about three months in deep sleep.
Status
⚪ Not supported yet. The pieces exist - FrameOS drives 7.5" 800×480 panels, and PSRAM-less ESP32-C3 boards like the TRMNL OG run as thin clients that the backend renders for - but there's no hardware preset with this board's pin map and battery wiring yet. If you need 7.5" black/white today, the reTerminal E1001 and the TRMNL 7.5" DIY Kit render on the device itself.
